RMR are launching the Years of Culture Primer, a report bringing together top tips from the wealth of learning generated by the five Years of Culture programmes delivered across West Yorkshire between 2023 and 2025.
This event explores the Primer’s relevance for practitioners, policy makers, funders and partners developing place-based cultural programmes locally, regionally, and nationally.
